Our Third Party Administration (TPA) business was founded in 2001 on the principles of exceptional personal and professional service.  These principles are still as relevant today as they were then and we take pride in the handling of each claim and in building long term relationships with our customers. We exist to be an alternative to “low up-front cost” operating models and our business case is built on the lower total cost of claim, delivered by using the correct level of experienced staff.
