Andrew started his adjusting career in 1976 with International Adjusters Partnership. He dealt with commercial (including contractors all risks & plant) and domestic losses. In 1979, He started dealing with contractors all risks losses in the Middle East, North and West Africa and the Caribbean. He joined Graham Miller & Co Ltd (now Crawford & Co) in 1983. Gained further experience in dealing with a wide variety of domestic and commercial (including contractors all risks & jewellers’ block). In September 1989, He was seconded to Antigua for three months to handle commercial and domestic losses after Hurricane Hugo. In September 1995, he was seconded to St Thomas (USVI) to handle claims following Hurricane Marilyn. In 1997, he joined Pycraft & Arnold, where he dealt with mainly high net worth losses. He joined Davies Chartered Loss Adjusters in May 2000, where he was employed in their Major & Complex Loss Unit, dealing with high net worth and major losses. He joined Vericlaim in May 2015.
