In its first year of trading, vrs Vericlaim is delighted to have ranked third in Insurance 360’s groundbreaking survey of the performance of loss adjusting firms (Post Magazine, 7 October 2010).

In most areas we scored well above the industry average, but it is of our staff that we are most proud: topping the league with a score of 89%, they are described as “responsive, efficient, experienced, (and) deeply knowledgeable”.

The survey was independent and based on comments from 110 bona fide UK-based claims professionals, mainly from within insurance companies’ claims departments, who graded and commented on the performance of adjusting firms they had used or dealt with over the previous year.

Six distinct aspects of service were looked at: efficiency in first notification of loss; professional calibre of staff; surge management performance; provision of management information; supply chain management; and avoidance of claims leakage.

While we are more than pleased with our placement this year, it’s spurring us on to now try even harder!
