Background:
Joined McLarens Toplis in 1991; moved into Operational Management in 1998. Was founding Partner in the newly formed Teceris Corporate and Complex Adjusting business in 2005, with specific responsibility for operational delivery. Co-ordinated the Teceris response to the devastating floods in Yorkshire and Humberside in 2007. Has been a member of the adjusting team throughout its development into vrs Vericlaim.
