Historic and ecclesiastical buildings: managed claims for the National Trust for 10 years; developed a valuation scheme for listed buildings; provides strategic and technical advice to adjusters, insurers and brokers on the handling of major losses.

Background:
Joined the loss adjusting profession in 1985, dealing with riot claims for the Police Authority. Handled losses arising from the bombings in St Mary Axe and Bishopsgate and major fires at Coventry and Peterborough Cathedrals. Founding member of the vrs Vericlaim team following the acquisition of Teceris Corporate and Complex Adjusting.
